Does my beneficiary need anything else to collect the money I sent?

For cash pick-ups, yes. 

Pick-up centers may request valid IDs for your beneficiary's security and for your assurance. Kindly advise them to bring their valid ID and their reference number when claiming. Please note that the name on their ID needs to exactly match the name stated in your transfer.
