Can I still change my order?

Unfortunately, once processed and delivered or credited to your beneficiary, we can no longer accommodate changes. For cash pick-up transactions that have already been processed, but funds have yet to be collected, as well as for orders that have been processed, but have yet to be approved you may still get in touch with us for your changes. You may contact us by calling 0207 442 4405 or by emailing us at cs@udial.com.
